 UBC Farm provides us with much of our fresh produce throughout the year and this summer we want to thank them by bringing some of our cullinary expertise to the great outdoors with a buffet style picnic in the fields.
We will meet at Provence on West Tenth Ave. for a pre-picnic aperitif and briefing where you will recieve a picnic basket with all of the essentials for alfresco dining provençal style. Your basket will include cutlery, plates, wine glasses, napkins, fresh baguette, cheese, water and a half bottle of Il Prosecco bubbly.
When we arrive at the farm there will be a tour of the facilities and a chance to help with the harvest of some of the ingredients to be used on site by our chefs.
You should bring some sort of picnic blanket and cushions for sitting.
