Recipe of the Week: Tapenade from ‘New World Provence’

Provence Vancouver French restaurant chef jean francis quaglia

According to Chef Jean Francis “the ingredients of tapenade are a huge part of French cuisine and are found in many dishes in the South of France.” JF also explained, “Tapenade was something that would be common to have on your table just to snack on.”

We’re sure everyone’s busy during these last leading days to Christmas & New Years with entertaining/feeding/eating/drinking/spending time with family, which is why we’ve chosen to share this dish. As a last minute entertaining idea, Tapenade is a great little recipe to snack on while waiting for the main courses. You don’t want your guests going too hungry!
